An exciting game between Top Four teams was played in Manama. Leader KuwaitiKuwait faced Bahrain Al-Ahli . Guests from Kuwait City (4-0) defeated host Al-Ahli (1-3) 77-63 . Kuwait made 17-of-22 free shots (77.3 percent) during the game. The game was dominated by American players. Point guard Briante Weber (188-1992, college: VCU) fired a triple-double by scoring 16 points, 13 rebounds and 10 assists for the winners. Augustine Rubit (203-1989, college: USA) chipped in 28 points and 9 rebounds. Kuwait's coach used an eleven-player rotation which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Point guard Jordan Stevens (182-1994, college: Midwestern St.) produced 27 points, 9 rebounds and 7 assists and forward Elijah Thomas (206-1996, college: Clemson, agency: MSG) added 21 points and 16 rebounds respectively for lost side. Kuwait have a solid series of four victories in a row. Defending Kuwaiti champion maintains first place with 4-0 record. Al-Ahli at the other side dropped to the third position with three games lost. Both teams do not play next round, which will be an opportunity for some rest.
